DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 2 December 2026\, 7–9 pmSpott Village Hall \n\n\n\nHow could we improve connections across the A1 for people walking\, wheeling and cycling? \n\n\n\nEast Lammermuir Community Council invites residents and anyone with an interest to hear the findings of the completed A1 crossing feasibility study\, ask questions and share their views. \n\n\n\nThe meeting will explore: \n\n\n\n\nCrossing options\, their benefits\, limitations and indicative costs.\n\n\n\nConnections with the wider network of local paths.\n\n\n\nPotential Links with community heating and biodiversity.\n\n\n\nWhat would be needed to take the options forward.\n\n\n\n\nWe also welcome residents interested in helping form an Active Travel Steering Group to take forward priorities in our Local Place Plan. \n\n\n\nEveryone is welcome.
