With reference to the application dated 1 July 2024 made to the Scottish Ministers by Fred Olsen Renewables Limited under section 36 of the Electricity Act 1989 for consent to construct and operate the Crystal Rig Solar extension to Crystal Rig Wind Farm on land approximately 11 km south of Dunbar in East Lothian and 16.5 km north-west of Duns, in the Scottish Borders, (Central Grid Reference Ordnance Survey (OS) 365077, 666844) in the planning authority areas of East Lothian Council and Scottish Borders Council.

The Scottish Ministers give notice that they have granted consent for this proposed development.
