How could we improve connections across the A1 for people walking, wheeling and cycling?

East Lammermuir Community Council invites residents and anyone with an interest to hear the findings of the completed A1 crossing feasibility study, ask questions and share their views.

The meeting will explore:

• Crossing options, their benefits, limitations and indicative costs.
• Connections with the wider network of local paths.
• Potential Links with community heating and biodiversity.
• What would be needed to take the options forward.

We also welcome residents interested in helping form an Active Travel Steering Group to take forward priorities in our Local Place Plan.

Everyone is welcome. No previous involvement or specialist knowledge is needed.
