Warm Homes Project Residents’ Meeting

Warm Homes Project Residents’ Meeting

Residents’ Information Evening on Tuesday 30th June at 7pm in Innerwick Old School

Locally-based and community-owned Lothian Heat CIC has been appointed by ELCC to deliver the Warm Homes Project.

The East Lammermuir Warm Homes Project has experienced a high volume of sign-ups since we launched last week!

We’ve decided to hold a Residents’ Information Evening on Tuesday 30th June at 7pm in Innerwick Old School – all East Lammermuir residents are invited to attend, including all tenants, homeowners and landlords in the East Lammermuir area.

Ellen will be introducing the project, including who Lothian Heat CIC are, how her role as project manager will support you, alongside the people who are supporting the project, including Chris Bruce, chair of the community council, and also Martin Hayman, the Local Heat and Energy Efficiency Strategy Officer from East Lothian Council.

We will be talking about where we are now and our current plans to move forward. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions in a relaxed setting, speak with other residents who are interested, and tell us more about the barriers you are currently facing which we can help remove to enable your homes to be warmer, and easier to heat. This will help shape the direction of the project and guide us moving forward to ensure we deliver the best outcomes for all East Lammermuir residents.

It would be great if you could let Ellen know if you are able to attend by emailing her at ellen.abbi@lothianheat.org

Also, if you haven’t done so already, and don’t want to miss out on the opportunities the Warm Homes Project will make available, please register your interest today by filling out the 5-minute online form at East Lammermuir Warm Homes Project – Interest Form – Fill out form
