“Kiely Bros will be undertaking a carriageway surfacing process called Surface Dressing…on behalf of East Lothian Council.”
The attached notice covers 11 locations around East Lothian between Weds 22nd – Sunday 26th July. The Innerwick section is programmed to take place on Thursday 23rd but as it is remedial works from last years programme, it will only be undertaken once nine of the surface dressing works are completed.

“Please note, no work will be undertaken at more than one location at any one time. All above locations and dates are weather permitting. Any changes to locations and dates will be updated on www.tellmescotland.gov.uk website. Diversion routes will be signed and coned accordingly. Emergency service access shall be permitted at all times.

Refuse and recycling collections will be undertaken where practical. Residents have been asked to ensure their bins and boxes are presented by 7:00am on collection days.

Bus services will run as usual on existing routes as contractor has agreed to allow access where practical. There might be short delays for the bus where the carriageway widths are narrow and machinery is in place.” ELC
