Berwick Bank Drop-In Engagement Event – Wednesday 22nd July 2026 2pm til 6pm

SSE plc “We are pleased to announce that the Berwick Bank Wind Farm will enter its onshore construction phase in July 2026. These works will mainly involve the construction of access roads and earthworks ahead of the construction of our onshore substation, currently scheduled for Summer 2027.
To ensure residents are fully informed and have the opportunity to meet the project team, we will be hosting a drop-in engagement event in July 2026 to allow members of the community to speak with our team, including our key contractors associated with these works, and ask any questions you may have.

The project team will be available throughout the event to answer questions and provide updates on the construction process. We encourage you to attend and engage with us directly.”

Parking – On street parking south of Old Schoolhouse on Barns Ness Terrace (roadworks to the east have now finished). There is limited parking on the north side of the Schoolhouse, in the venue carpark, with easier access to the hall.
