“It is the Council’s intention to undertake carriageway resurfacing / repair works on the C124 at Crowhill, as shown on the attached image below. Work is scheduled to commence on Monday 2nd November 2026 and is expected to last for approximately three weeks, weather permitting.

To ensure the safety of both road users and operatives, and to comply with Health & Safety requirements, the road will be closed to vehicular traffic throughout the duration of the works. Access to Crowhill cottages will be maintained from either the East or West, depending on the location of the works.

Refuse and recycling collections will be undertaken where practical. Residents have been asked to ensure their bins and boxes are presented by 7:00am on collection days.” ELC
